Feature: Responsive design of website for mobile devices

The showcase/site of developer-icons has not yet been made responsive for smaller screens like mobile and tablets because we lowered its priority before to faster introduce features for the icons and library. So we now need to make the whole site responsive for smaller screens too.

Since the site is styled with Tailwind CSS, it should be comparatively easier to make the site responsive thanks to Tailwind's Responsive Design.
