Works on Windows, apparently it's a OSX specific issue

It happened to me on macOS. I have since disabled this plugin and have not needed it.
Is this feature is present in VSCodeVim now, or have I just gotten into the habit of returning to normal mode? If this plugin is still needed, let me know and I can update it!

Guess a habit, the issue still exists in VSCodeVim
