Hadouken should provide a platform helper module which will determine the following parameters of the platform:

Compiler
- Name (gcc, clang, cc)
- Toolchain (gnu, llvm, msvc)
- Compiler version
Operating System
- Name
- Version
- Origin (unix, bsd, linux, windows nt...)
CPU Architecture
Build variant (debug, release)
