Update httrack mirror repository with current version

Hi.
I just noticed that there isn't an updated version of httrack available at http://mirror.httrack.com/. According to GitHub release tags, the latest version of httrack is 3.49.4 where mirror site only contains v3.49.2.

Consider updating the mirror site as well, since many Linux distributions seem like pull httrack from the mirror site. One of them and some other source based distributions.
