How to change clock to 1Hz?

For clock, below is the options, if you use megaTinyCore, you can set it up in Arduino options.
Internal 20/16/10/8/5/4/1 MHz

I used megaTinyCore but then I changed to this lib because megaTinyCore doesn't have touch feature
But this one doesn't let me to change the internal clock
Any suggestion?

Go to C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\TinyCore\hardware\avr\0.0.6
Open boards.txt file.

change tiny32.build.f_cpu=20000000L to the clock you need.

i.e. 1MHz = 1000000L
5MHz = 5000000L
