I personally prefer Vdom-less frameworks as well, but that's not an easy transition to make for Yew. Integrated support for reactive attributes and props would be lovely too, but that affects basically everything down the chain so it's very hard to implement.

There are, however, already Rust frameworks out there using a more reactive approach so consider using one of them for now.

There is another problem with VDOM-less frameworks in Rust. VDOM is not write only. It also allows reading the DOM. If we were to read the DOM by making calls to the browser, that would be expensive in WASM
