There is an issue tracker for documentation overhaul #2312.

This is a discussion for how content should be organized in the docs.

Separate docs into two major groups: Learn and API

I learned about the ReactJS Beta docs from a link in #2312. I like how it's split into two major groups: Learn (/learn) and API (/reference). I like how API goes to /reference too.

What do we think about separating the Yew docs in similar fashion?

There is docs.rs but the API tab would ideally be more in depth and visual. See https://beta.reactjs.org/reference/usestate as an example

API docs are supposed to be on docs.rs, built from rust doc. We have those docs for master hosted at https://yew-rs-api.web.app/next/yew/

I think it would be nice to have docs with visual aides like https://beta.reactjs.org/reference/usestate

in addition to rustdoc

Comments in code blocks achieve the same purpose. I don't really see the benefit of it. Even if there is, the maintenance cost outweighs the benefit, imo.
