Error in OpenCOOD setup command #27

执行python setup.py develop指令时依赖检查错误导致安装失败，
新增的git+https://github.com/klintan/pypcd.git依赖检查不通过。

_read_requirements_file函数需要对这一行pypcd依赖特殊处理下。
