Idea: allow to be used as backend for UnifiedNLP/GmsCore

UnifiedNlp allows to integrate multiple sources of location data and provide them to Android applications.
Currently projects is under huge redesign, but still it would be a great advantage if using BT GNSS with UNLP would be possible.
