Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

We would like to be able to publish shot with deeper path hierarchy than what is supported by current Create Publishable Clip creator in Hiero (more detail on the Discord link).

Currently supported /shots/episode/sequence/renamed_shot
Not yet supported /shots/sub_shots/[sub_sub_shots...]*/episode/sequence/renamed_shot

We would need to tweak ayon-hiero so that deeper paths are supported. This implies work on the Shot parent hierarchy and/or folder entries.

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancemenent?
