it wont start even in admin mode
or i forget someting or its broken idk

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. i installed on my d drive cause more spsace
2. installed succesfully do you want to lauch "YES!"
3. notting is happening
4. and i see no error other than its in task manager under procces and after a1 seccond it termenating the program

every ting else (like .exe) works but only the cml.exe wont startup
