Zedit error Code:5 Mods fail to merge as well

I not sure what is going on. Zedit was working fine a month ago, then out of the blue I get the error below,

"Failed to get Masters for .esp. The plugin may be corrupted.
Error: Failed to load plugin header for .esp
Failed to load file Header .esp, System Error. Code:5
Access is Denied"

I have gone through all my mods on mod organazer 2 and none of them are only ".esp" they all contain the name of the mod with the .esp at the end. Example ImmersiveInteractions.esp.

However when I bring up the plugin list on zedit it shows at the bottom of the list a .esp

I have uploaded my log file if it will help find the cause of this problem.

update: it appears to also effect the merging process as attempting to merge any mods results in a failure to merge.
