Show random person on dashboard

On the dashboard, include some sort of widget that shows a single (random) person, intended to help the organizer find and get to know more of their members.

Headlined with the question "Did you know this person?" or something along those lines, this widget could show some basic information and a link to more information (survey responses et c). It could also let the organizer say "Yes I already know them" which would pull up a new random person.
