Hello,

I would like to conduct a differential analysis at TI level but data that I have available is restricted to LTM treated TI Seq data (GTI-Seq).

I am aware from previous discussions that QTI-Seq is more suitable for tisdiff analysis, but I was wondering if it is possible to run it with LTM treated TI Seq data and treat the results with caution. If not, if there exists a way around it.

Yes, you can run with TI Seq, and the results may be inaccurate.
