Screen freezes when trying to save a picture after an effect is applied

I have the paid version of this app but it has stopped working on my iPhone XR. Screen
freezes when I try to download a pic after an effect is applied. I’ve tried everything I can
think of to get it working again but no luck. Please help

I've suggested an uninstall and reinstall; but I believe this is either related to the permissions we have set up being designed for previous iOS versions; or because we are on deprecated APIs for writing photos to the photo library and/or file system.

Update the app! I’ve paid for it and loved it for years even though it has always has some twitches but now it freezes when I save a photo on my new iPhone 11, I’m so bummed! It is so bad it crashes every time and when I leave the app, not close or just leave it it re starts and I have to add the photo again to save with other effects! It just keeps crashing and crashing! Give it some love and fix it already for your clients
