add support for wifi heatmapping

Add support for a wifi heatmap.

The idea of this is to avg the signal for each client found in a 10 min window. Then draw 3 rings around the dwcc node, each ring would be a range of signals and the more clients found in the range the wider the ring would be. The nodes will be able to be overlayed on a image.
