Revert "Save to mysav folder" and "Add mode w540@2x"

- This change caused the voice-only .exe to take an extremely long time to start up
- This was added when we were going to switch to the new .exes which supported extra options in the first comment line
- I haven't investigated exactly why - probably the string parsing code in the original version of the game doesn't properly handle this option, reading outside the string or otherwise taking a long time
- Although it doesn't seem to affect the normal .exe / the normal script change does not cause it, I'll revert it anyway, as the current .exe does not use this option. We can always add it back in later if we need it for the new .exe
