AdaLoveDev is a community of women who want to make more visible the role of girls in technology and science. The main objective of this organization is to improve the visibility of women in this topic and training theirs to empower their skills in tech with a special focus on computer science and programming.
We are a non-profit organization focused on the engagement, visibility and empowerment of women in technology, mainly programming and IT.
Our name comes from Ada Lovelace + love + development (adalovdev). Ada is considered the person who wrote instructions for the first computer program and most of us are developers.
AdaLoversConf is an annual event of the community AdaLoveDev. The main objective of this event is the visualization of girls in the development world 👩💻. This year we celebrate it on Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Sep, 28th 2019.
