Learn about vigilant mode.

Release v1.3 of o!TMD.
Now the displayer will automatically calculate the correct score if a player was playing with a mod in a tournament that use a custom modifier for these mods! (EZ and FL mostly)

To make this possible I changed the file about tournaments information.

The older versions will not work properly with this change, PLEASE USE THIS NEW VERSION!
