Works (hopefully):
download and move example.env to .env in the same directory and fill out the variables. then run the executable. (You DO NOT need to run as admin)
if there were any missing modules then install them along with python 3.10(if you dont have it yet) but hopefully it is all there.
if you rather run via source code for easy editing feel free, i dont care. just credit me/this repo.
