How to Use and How to run web server

1. Download Python
2. Setting Environtment Variabel in Path System: example : C:\Python388\Scripts and C:\Python388\
3. Install requirements library: typing pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Run web server typing : python index.py
5. Web Server running: http://127.0.0.1:8000/
