  • Can they be created with build or one-time created and uploaded to s3

  • We already have the hg19 arriba resources in the S3 bucket
  • I downloaded the latest arriba release which includes mm39 support: /gpfs/gsfs10/users/CCBR_Pipeliner/db/PipeDB/arriba/arriba_v2.4.0/database/

All that is needed is to upload the mm39 resources to S3 and update the jsonmaker rule to support mm39
