This is a pull request to add some example notebooks to showcase some of the new tidal and curvilinear grids capeability that was recently added.
This request has:
Added a new demo notebook to showcase BYO, rotated and curvilinear domains
Updated the existing reanalysis demo notebook to add tides
Now outputting lat and lon in bathymetry.nc to keep the data together and to help with plotting bathymetry
Fixed paths to ERA windfiles
Moved final tidal input files to the location that MOM_override expects them to be in.
