I am currently generating an ITS database using rCRUX. However, in the {barcode}_filtered_get_seeds_local_output_with_taxonomy.csv file from get_seed_local(), unwanted taxa occupy the majority, which significantly increases the runtime of the subsequent blast_seeds() process. Is it possible to use the organism option available in get_seed_remote() also for get_seed_local()?
Thank you in advance.
