Another maintenance update, fixing more reported issues:

  • Fixed Gold Filter causing issues with some cutscenes, especially when subtitles are disabled (#9)
  • Removed an unneeded imm32.dll dependency
  • Streamlined the F11 menu, removing an unselectable "Custom" radio button
