I mean this effectively causes a problem we made cryo chems to avoid: Now anyone with high enough genetic or toxin damage with be round removed forever when people play on chibi. |

About the PR
Replaces the cryo setup on Chibi with a surgical setup. Also adds curtains to beds and removes the lock on the exit button.
Why / Balance
Surgery is more likely to be used than cryo. The locked exit button could present an issue in the event that medical personnel either weren't around or didn't unlock it.
