Support for Metal ID experiment type in rotations

Hyperion now needs to be able to populate the Metal ID experiment type in ispyb when Agamemnon requests it, so that the analysis pipeline runs.

Acceptance Criteria

• ISPyB populates Metal ID as the experiment type

This involves:

• In mx-bluesky, adding METAL_ID = "Metal ID" to IspybExperimentType
• In GDA, in UDCUtilites.py, add the option for the metal ID experiment type - otherwise it defaults to SAD (which makes the scientists + analysis very SAD)
• Add METAL_ID ("Metal ID"); to uk.ac.gda.px/src/gda/px/datamodel/ExperimentType.java in GDA
• Rebuilding GDA on i03
