Refactor to manage the model's initial run. Include handling for materialisation types and set a default configuration for the target warehouse. Update the documentation to explicitly recommend using this macro in the pre-hook, rather than snowflake_warehouse, due to current behavioural limitations outlined in this issue: dbt-labs/dbt-snowflake#103.
