+One-line Summary: Update testlist_rtm
+
+We are keeping RTM for the use of the NoAnthro tests for Clm60, and for continuing to test the Clm45 compsets where RTM was the standard ROF model being used. There's also a Clm50 compset with RTM for the FLOOD option in RTM. Since, FLOOD is currently only working in RTM, we should continue testing it. It's also good to have at least 1850 and 2000 and possibly HIST. Since, nothing changes for RTM for transient cases, it's probably sufficient to have 1850 tests.
