Pjax Mode

GitHub might release a version with breaking change that would break Gitako's functionality after redirecting to other pages.

That already happened once, see #239.

To prevent running into that situation again, a new Native PJAX mode field has been added to Gitako's settings panel.

If you encounter the problem described in #239 issue, please uncheck Native PJAX mode, page would refresh and then redirecting should work properly.
