This initial release establishes core principles guiding conduct, decision-making, and collaboration.

Adoption:

• Place the file named 'ETHIC' in your project root
• optional: Filling out the place-holder links is recommended
• optional: Maintain a .sigs directory for accepting contributors to crytographically sign the doc

We welcome feedback and contributions aligned with the Ethic's principles.
