This is also a recurrent message of mine in the chats to achieve some answers and the elements to make the solution possible, because the code is ready to solve the problems related login (appearance of the FdC membership if not in process), links and email remitents since long ago. But the elements from OCW and LNs to put that solutions in production has still never arrived from the coordinators, and no one is helping to comunicate continuously from the dev side in order to finally found responses. I decided to explain again all this as an issue:

To have a custom login page (and not only a custom form) with a custom url domain and custom email remitent, etc, the needed elements are:

  • an intro text that appears in the login page, before the register and login boxes.
  • the background image that they want to use for both the login and the register page
  • the according css rules needed, depending on the background colors (I can propose and set them if required)
  • the custom form (that is already defined in both cases) and
  • any js required to auto-change the minimum shares amount depending on the selection of type-of-user individual or collective (i can set that if needed)
  • the email remitent that will be used for notifications when users use that domain to interact with OCP with all details to set the custom smtp
  • the sub domain created and pointing to the OCP server ip

I cannot, and I don't want to solve all that elements without any help, feedback or opinions from the corresponding coordinators. There is also the Techs tasks of preparing the subdomains, but some feedback is required first in order to proceed in any direction, so let's give visibility to this pending feedback elements and wait answers.
