[FEATURE] update HoverEnv, change hyper params, and visualization while training #533

  1. improve algo hyper params. In hover_train.py
    set "entropy_coef": 0.004,, for a better flight.

  2. add visualization while training. For performance reason, the max render n env is set to 10.

  3. update readme for In the drone project,the hover_eval.py is extremely slow #530
    Note: If you experience slow performance or encounter other issues during evaluation, try removing the --record option.

After this demo, I plan to continue updating the GenesisDroneEnv repository. Future updates may include the addition of the latest features and the implementation of more complex functionalities to enhance the environment's capabilities and performance.
