Home Page

• filter list by fields included in list: specialist name, grantee name, training/tech assistance, start/end date
• ability to open reports
• central office can see all regions but they only need to see one region at a time (in the MVP) - may require either a new filter or an intermediary page on which you specify a region
• exclusions: navigating into reports based on component parts (e.g. objectives), display of other users' in-progress/draft reports, regional users' ability to see other regions
