This is an alpha release for testing. There may be bugs.

Usage: Double click the exe, or run in the terminal with ./electricutility.exe -current=currentCost -provider=providerName

Cost is in ¢/kWh. If your bill is in $/kWh move the decimal two places to your left.
Provider name should be either CMP or EMERA
