Code formatted

Functionally the same as previous release, but code structure has been rearranged and code style adjusted according to Google Style format (see https://google.github.io/styleguide/cppguide.html for reference).

Original version

Initial release, not v0 because first working version has been developed on local machine and is now deprecated and completely revisited. We take this as starting point instead.
