- Remove CI for MW 1.35.
- Bump php version requirements to php 7.4.
- Bumps mw requirements to MW 1.39+.
- Bumps composer to use composer v2.

@paladox Validator has been deprecated for 10+ years. I would like to get rid of it completely. One remaining notable usage is by the Maps extension. Perhaps you feel inspired to tackle that: ProfessionalWiki/Maps#787 |
