Overview:

• Add form to add / update subscribers
• Create table in database
• Add form handler to verify and process form submission
• See if there is a way of converting addresses to GPS coords and add to delivery routes
• Check for important changes and upcoming events and notify authorized users on load. (WebSockets or Push API would be great here, but that'll come later)
• Make information available to update online subscriptions.
