"Presentable" means that we can send it to friends, family, Kitas, "competitors", pretty much anyone. We wouldn't have to explain anything and we could be taken seriously.

Working Agreement:
We start with Prio 1 and finish all tickets tagged with Prio 1 before touching any ticket of the next Prio, which would be Prio 2.
If someone is blocked, the first thing to do is to check for any ticket within the current Prio that can be taken over. If this is not the case, take an assigned ticket for the next Prio.
