WCA Demo Release

I decided to push a release of the software, not because it's finished, but just to simplify the proccess of downloading it and running it on your PC. I will soon upload a .exe file to make it even easier to run.

You will need ot execute the login_window.py file in order for it to run. Be sure to download all of the dependencies listed in requirements.txt
