Add CalendarPath of type SelectInput to ApiOptions, and ApiOptionsFilter.PATH_BUILDER filter.
Make ApiOptionsFilter.BASE_PATH an alternative of equal value to ApiOptionsFilter.GENERAL_ROMAN,
and ApiOptionsFilter.ALL_PATHS an alternative of equal value to ApiOptionsFilter.ALL_CALENDARS
(they can be used interchangeably).
