Versioning using special major.minor.patch prefixed by v, so v0.0.0.

Major: 0 pre FAT, 1.0.0 ready for FAT, 2.0.0 ready for SAT. So just 0 for workshop.

Minor: Breaking changes. Incompatible API changes. Someone using this must know their stuff will break too if not updating their use of this. Significant changes like changed folder structure and some automation was counting on that previous structure.

Patch: happy days. Shouldn't break anything. More better.

Options: Perfect SemVer https://semver.org/, or something else agreed upon.
