clearSuggestions and _renderSuggestions are for the moment not used.
unused renderSuggestions, clearSuggestions deleted
hide/show suggestionsWrapper with css based on isOpen; old scroll code removed; code clean
length of paper-items is not lenght of items(recicles items); active class replaced by aria-selected attribute
