还没想好怎么加到整个的最优计算流程里去，先留个小方法，开个Draft先

这里大概说一下我认为的先验估值的优点：

计算简便直观，给进货书和疲劳分配一个固定的价格，只需要总收益最大即可
能够适应不同需求，例如我缺书了我可以提高书的估值

大体上的计算应该与固定书无异，只是可能需要计算不同用书量和不同议价的情况来获得最优选项（用几本书，是否议价）
