Enhancements:

  • Added /KillProcess to allow termination of a process by name prior to target execution. This can be useful for using WinPriv with applications that might have lingering resident background processes like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Added /LibraryDirectory to customize where WinPriv should put any library (*.dll) files that are necessary for WinPriv to execute properly. The default behavior is to use the current user's temporary directory.
  • Added signatures to embedded library files to make them more easily identifiable for application control whitelisting (e.g., AppLocker).
