New Commands

• /ipauth addip (player) (ip)

Add more IP's to an account.

• /ipauth removeip (player) (ip)

Remove a certain IP of a player

• /ipauth listip (player)

Show the list of IP's of an account.

Changes

• Now the comand /ipauth list only show the name of the protecteds accounts,
  if you want to see their ip's use /ipauth listip (player)

• Some validation to avoid insert a null ip address.
