2024‐10‐09 TST Call Notes

Agenda Items: New TST Volunteers and approval process; TAPI Planning; OIF MoU
Meeting Notes:
- Arturo chaired the call
- Volunteers for TST: Jonathan, Kishore, Brian, Roshan
- each provided a short biography
- Approval method: there were no objections to the volunteers at the call from the TST members present (Arturo and Lyndon), we will leave to next call for any further objections, otherwise the volunteers will be approved as TST members
- TAPI project
- co-chair and code maintainer positions
- Brian had volunteered as co-chair but out for the next two weeks, available Oct 29th
- restart TAPI
- Telefonica and CTTC members expect to participate and we expect participation to be strong
- Arturo led review of the github repository
- Arturo can also volunteer as co-chair for now but is occupied until November
- ask for volunteers for other positions offline
- Brian also volunteered to review the past TAPI meeting minutes to identify action items
- Roshan also notes need to define new timeline for 2.6, Arturo agrees - use the RC approach
- Target restarting on October 29th, using the existing timeslot and Zoom
- co-chair and code maintainer positions
- OIF MoU
- Lyndon reviewed the proposed MoU, Jonathan provided additional background, including call for operator involvement
- No objections were made at the call, approve if no objections on the list in two weeks
- Next call,
- schedule is 11/11 but Arturo is not available so we will postpone 1 week to 11/18
- Kishore has some issues accessing the calendar, Lyndon to check with Michelle on access requirements for read and write
- Arturo notes we may want to adjust the length of the TAPI calls to go back to 2 hours
