this is needed nowadays
defaults do prefixes mapped to manifests subfolder
currently the tests are failing for this
this is not needed any longer
if a server is being started, we should exit the process manually
mount paths, bin/appserver
just living on the edge :)
some bugs, some broken config. Tests are green, again
