This PR add rockchip support.
Changes:

new build.sh target "rockchip"
add github build for rockchip
Render_x86.c has been renamed to Render_gs.c
Render_gs.c has achitecture dependent Init functions
adapated name change in all references
fixed "DONE" screen on GS renderer

This PR is intended to be used with the new Pixelpilot_rk ExternalSurfaceWidget. OpenIPC/PixelPilot_rk#42

Tested on x86 only. Works.
