Plots in PyFluxPro

The Fco2 vs u* plots are done using L3 data and produces several XY plots of Fco2 as a function of u*. These plots are intended to be a guide when estimating the u* threshold for a particular site.

The Fingerprints plots can be done using any level from L3 to L6 data.
